Salary & Benefits

  • 2019 TahoeSalary with annual step increases: (July 1, 2024 - Starting base salary $57,746.00 - top non-supervisor $99,209.00), and (July 1, 2025 - Starting base salary $60,055.00 - top non-supervisor $103,178.00).
  • College Degree Incentive Pay (Associate: $1200, Bachelor: $1800, Masters: $2400 paid annually)
  • Birthday Incentive (One week of your salary on your birthday each year)
  • Intermediate CLEET certification $600/Advanced CLEET certification $1200
  • Firearm Qualification Incentive ($100 every quarter with qualification of 88 or better on pistol and $100 semi-annually with 90 or better on rifle)
  • Longevity Incentive (Starting after 3 years continuous employment at $16 per month)
  • 10 hour work day, 8 days on, 6 days off schedule (every other weekend off)
