Salary with annual step increases (starting base salary $47,866 - top non-supervisor base salary $89,994)
- College Degree Incentive Pay (Associate: $1200, Bachelor: $1800, Masters: $2400 paid annually)
- Birthday Incentive (One week of your salary on your birthday each year)
- Intermediate CLEET certification $600/Advanced CLEET certification $1200
- Firearm Qualification Incentive ($100 every quarter with qualification of 88 or better on pistol and $100 semi-annually with 90 or better on rifle)
- Longevity Incentive (Starting after 3 years continuous employment at $15 per month)
- 10 hour work day, 8 days on, 6 days off schedule (every other weekend off)
- Health, Dental, Life insurance provided for employee and no cost; reduced cost for employee family
- Personal Time Off (PTO - includes vacation/holiday time) (PTO - starts at 21 hours month)
- Sick (10 hours month)
- Annual Sick Leave Buyback Incentive: 75% of hourly rate after 720 hours accrued

- Police Officer Lateral Entry Program - To be eligible for consideration within the lateral entry program the applicant must have been employed,
whether currently or in the past, as a full-time (full time law enforcement employment with powers of lawful arrest and the authorization to carry a duty weapon), non-probationary, sworn law enforcement officer by a Federal, State, County or Local law enforcement agency. Applicants must be in good standing with the agency in which they served. All applicants wanting to be considered for the lateral entry program shall possess an active law enforcement academy certification or meet all of the requirements for certification in Oklahoma through reciprocity.
