  1. Concerts in the Park

About

Enjoy a FREE evening of music every Thursday of the summer with our Concert in the Park series, featuring music by local and regional bands performing a variety of favorite tunes from all genres. Every concert will take place at the Chisholm Trail Park located (500 W Vandament Ave). Bring lawn chairs and enjoy a fun evening of music and community!  No glass or alcohol allowed.

Matt Cowell - Rock & Roll

Matt Cowell, a local acoustic artist, has performed at Billy Bob's in Ft. Worth, the Branson Wine Bar in Branson, MO, and many local venues around Oklahoma. You may also recognize Matt Cowell from “The Voice” where he was a second-round contestant!

Kerry Wayne's Rockstar Band - Family Friendly R&B/Rock/Jazz Blues

Kerry Wayne’s Rockstar Band has over 35 years of combined performance experience. As one of Oklahoma’s best-kept secrets, Kerry Wayne’s Rockstar Band prides themselves on their ability to adapt to the style, culture, and age of their audience!

Mystery Dates - Rock & Roll

Mystery Dates has been featured in Modern Bride Magazine as one of the nation’s Top 100 Wedding Bands. This pop trio promises to deliver an entertaining evening that all musical tastes can enjoy, so make sure to bring your dancing shoes!

Irv Wagner Jazz Combo - Jazz

Dr. Irv Wagner is a David Ross Boyd Professor at the University of Oklahoma. His career at OU consists of 53 years of conducting, performing, and teaching trombone. He is a founding member of the Oklahoma Brass Quintet and is a member of the Oklahoma City Philharmonic. Dr. Wagner has also been a guest conductor at the Kansas City Symphony, the Santa Fe (Argentina) Symphony, the Paraguay National Symphony Orchestra, and the St. Petersburg Imperial Orchestra, just to name a few.

Sulley & Sisson Trio - Rock & Roll

With over 100 songs on their ever-growing set list, this trio is customizing their show specifically for this Yukon community event! Sulley & Sisson have performed throughout the metro, including our very own Flower Shop Winery & Pizzeria. Glenn, David & Jillian’s love for music is undeniable - their audience reviews confirm that, and we hope you agree!

Core Country - Country

Core Country is a musical group named for being country to the CORE! The band features well-known, local singer Wilton O’Neal, accompanied by Gary Weathers on drums, Larry Kent on fiddle/vocals, Lorrie Kent on bass guitar/ vocals, Randy Sanders on fiddle/vocals and Ken Collins on pedal steel guitar, who founded the band in the late 90s.

OKC Community Band - Classic & Showtunes

The OKC Community Band is comprised of ninety-seven professional and amateur musicians that are all volunteers. The purpose of the Oklahoma Concert Band Foundation is to engage in the promotion, appreciation, and support of concert band music throughout the State of Oklahoma. The band was originally organized in the late 1970s and has been adding benefit and public service concerts to their agenda ever since.

Steve Crossley - Soul Classic, Country

Steve is a one-man show that plays hundreds of classic rock, R&B, and tropical rock songs. He has played in various local bands including Wheatstone Bridge, Pearly Hawkins, and Ringes. He formed the Crossley Wilson Band which later took the name Prime Time. Crossley was also the founding member of Short Dogg and the Dangerous Brothers.
