The purpose of the Ladies Library Club is service to the Mabel C. Fry Public Library in Yukon.

The purpose of the Ladies Library Club is service to the Mabel C. Fry Public Library in Yukon. Additional purposes include personal enrichment and enjoyment of the members. In 1905, the Ladies Library Club formed and began Yukon's Library. They served as the sole financial supporter for the library until 1979 when the City of Yukon took over governance of the library. Today, the group continues to meet on a monthly basis and assists the library by providing financial assistance with funds from their fundraisers.
