Special Event Permit Application

Before filling out this application please note.  Arrangements for any city services  (I.E.  street barricades, trash receptacles, police escorts) MUST be made BEFORE filling out the application below. Those arrangements can be made with the following departments.

If your Special Event includes alcoholic beverages and/or food vendors, additional requirements are needed.  Please contact Development Services at (405) 354-6676 for this information.
