Visit the Art Stage at Festival of the Child May 6th!

The Festival of the Child is this Saturday at Yukon City Park.  Now through Friday, May 5, is your last chance to get discounted bracelets!  The 21st annual Festival of the Child will be held Saturday, May 6 at Yukon City Park, 2200 S. Holly Avenue.  Event hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 

While you’re at the festival, be sure to stop by the Westpointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge Art Stage to see some of your favorite performers, including Chester the Clown, Spaghetti Eddie, the Ballet Folclorico Xochipilli OKC, and Ventriloquist Professor QB. The Art Stage will also be open in between performances for children to come up on stage to dance, sing and play the air guitar! 

Get your advance $5 tickets through May 5 at the Yukon Community Center, Dale Robertson Center, Jackie Cooper Gym, Children’s New World, and YNB Your Neighborhood Bank locations.  Adults are FREE! 

This annual family friendly festival is the day for children to shine.  Over 50 areas of FUN include kayaking, pony rides, painting, wood art, storytelling, crafts and more!   Over 50 volunteer organizations will be on hand to make this a fun and special day!
