Utility Billing Launches Online Portal for Easier Bill Pay, Account Management

Yukon utility customers can now view account information, pay bills, set up auto payment plans, and more via a new online portal.

The new billing and payment portal can be accessed here.

Launch of the new portal brings many new benefits to customers. Users will now be able to access their account 24 hours a day, schedule payments and enroll in automated monthly payments, view real-time balances, payments, due dates, and previous bills, and view consumption history. The portal is even optimized for mobile devices! 

All customers will need to set up a login with their email address and account number. The portal will also ask for the amount that you last paid when setting up your account. This amount does not include the $3 convenience fee paid during credit/debit card transactions. 

If you are unable to access the online portal, you may also pay by calling Utility Billing’s automated system at 405-354-2PAY (2729). A $3 convenience fee per transaction is added.
