The City of Yukon’s Park and Recreation Department Chill Your Cheeks 5K returns on Saturday, November 18. Presented by Academy sports and outdoors, the Chill Your Cheeks 5K coincides with the opening of Christmas in the Park, Yukon’s annual Christmas light display.

The race course starts and finishes at the Chisholm Trail Pavilion in Chisholm Trail Park.  More than 400 runners from all over the state as well as surrounding states descend upon Yukon for this great holiday run.

New this year, the 5K begins at 5:00 p.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m. to open to traffic.  Runners must be able to finish the 5K in that time frame.

A $100 gift card to Red Coyote Running and Fitness is awarded to the Best Decorated Runner.  Get creative and get dressed up!
