Paperless Utility Billing
Customers may choose to receive their bill by electronic mail, rather than receiving the familiar paper bill delivered by the postal service. Please use the form below to enroll in the program.
- Your participation will continue until you cancel in writing, using the form provided below.
- Please submit a new enrollment form if your e-mail address changes.
- E-bills do not include inserts that are occasionally included with the mailed paper bills. Your e-bill will include a link that you can click to view utility bill inserts or click here.
- All policies regarding payment due dates, late fee assessment and service termination are applicable to all customers, regardless of the type of bill they receive. Failure to receive a paperless bill does not waive penalty or other fees.
