New Customer Utility Deposits
New residential accounts require a $40 deposit per meter and commercial accounts require $50 per meter. The deposit must be paid when applying for new service and will remain on the account until the account closes. The deposit will be applied to the final account balance and the resulting bill or refund will be mailed to the customer.
Deposits may be paid in person or by phone at 405-350-3910 during our regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
