Salary and Benefits
Benefits Include:
- Salary with annual step increases (starting base salary $47,866.00 - top non-supervisor base salary $89,994.00)
- College Degree Incentive Pay (Associate - $1200, Bachelor - $1800.00, Masters - $2400.00 paid annually)
- Birthday Incentive (One week of your salary on your birthday each year)
- Intermediate CLEET certification $600.00/Advanced CLEET certification $1200.00
- Firearm Qualification Incentive ($100 every quarter with qualification of 88 or better on pistol and $100 semi-annually with 90 or better on rifle)

- 10 hour work day, 8 days on - 6 days off schedule (every other weekend off)
