The Triple Tour starts in Warr Acres at 10 a.m. Putnam City Schools joins with Warr Acres to put on a Car Show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Antiques, hotrods and classics line the bus lane and open field at 39th and Ann Arbor. For younger guests, the Touch-a-Truck area features police and fire vehicles, ambulances, OG&E trucks, tractors and more. While you’re there, stop by the food trucks and enjoy performances from a local DJ, Jazz Band, Silver String Orchestra and Putnam City Dancers under the big tents.
Continue your cruise down Route 66 in Bethany from noon to 4 p.m. Downtown shops host sidewalk sales and antiques, while Bethany neighbors host a City-wide yard sale. Feeling lucky? Participate in the Poker Run! Or for younger Mother Road enthusiasts, enjoy the City of Bethany firetruck on display. The Route 66 Cruisers show off their wheels as they start in Bethany and move to Yukon to continue the festivities.
The Tour concludes in Yukon with a concert where rock and roll meets country from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Rockabilly’s finest, Dale Watson, headlines the show, with special guest Jimmy Dale Richardson. Grab your leather jacket, cuff your jeans and head to downtown Yukon. In addition to the concert, food trucks will be on site with a wide variety of eats and treats!
