The music mellows out with some dynamic jazz sounds and wonderful entertainment from the award-winning musician Irv Wagner and his jazz combo. The International Trombone Association has two distinguished awards which it gives. The Neill Humfeld Award is for Distinguished Teaching as well as contributions to the Association. The Award was given to Irv due to his teaching record, as well as many contributions to educating trombonists. He organized and taught master classes across the globe.
