Yukon's Red Dirt Country Music Festival
Rock the Route, Yukon’s popular FREE concert event, is returning on August 31 in celebration of the Chisholm Trail! Presented by YNB, this year features Randy Rogers Band with special guest, Reckless Kelly.
Just minutes from Oklahoma City, Yukon is one of the two places that the Chisholm Trail crosses Route 66, so this year Rock the Route is celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the Chisholm Trail. Celebrate with a great music festival in downtown Yukon, Oklahoma, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you like Red Dirt or Country Music, this is the event for you!
The concert, as well as many other fun activities, will take over Main Street between 4th and 5th Streets. Food trucks will be parked nearby to satisfy appetites, and Main Street Businesses will stay open later than usual. Face painting and other fun kids activities are also available!
No tickets are necessary, but be sure to arrive early if you want a good view. New this year, a limited amount of VIP tickets is available for purchase at $75 each. VIP tickets can be purchased online at www.eventbrite.com.
