Live Entertainment Stage at The Chisholm Trail Festival
Co-hosted by the City of Yukon and Chisholm Trail Historical Preservation Society, the Chisholm Trail Festival gallops back to Yukon Saturday, October 16, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to all of the fun festivities offered at this FREE festival, the lineup for the Kirkpatrick Oil Entertainment Stage has been announced!
You’ll hear festive music coming through the speakers starting at 9:00 a.m., then at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. During these times, keep your eyes peeled for Parks and Recreation’s Jessica Brodmerkel. Kids are invited to join the acting troupe and put on a performance of their own!
Overdrive performs at 10 a.m. with energetic covers of your favorite Country Tunes. Local favorite Core Country takes the stage at noon with “Rockin’ Country” performances. Dustbowl Gypsies join the fun at 2 p.m. with a broad selection of Bluegrass and Americana.
The Kids Karaoke Contest at 4 p.m. gives kids an opportunity to shine! Yukon Friends of the Park invites all those 12 and under who like to sing, to enter the FREE contest, and cash prizes are up for grabs!
