Every morning at the Dale Robertson Center, participants exercise to a video created to work out the entire body from the safety and stability of a chair. The exercises incorporated in these video yield remarkable results, adults 55+.
Tai Chi Balance

Tai Chi is a form of martial arts that uses slow controlled movement to build strength in the body. This simplified version of Tai Chi concentrates on improving balance and stability, adults 55+.
Weights & Aerobics

The Dale Robertson Center will be offering a Weight & Aerobics class. The class is 25 minutes of weight training and toning done from the stability of a chair followed by energetic by gentle low impact aerobics and cardio dance. This program is for adults 55+.
